About Me
Hi there, I'm Kate (she/her). I have been working in private and professional kitchens for over 20 years and I have been studying, practicing and teaching herbalism for over 10 years. I bring both of these skills with me to my role as a personal chef, finding the balance of meals everyone will enjoy with the supportive properties of medicinal herbs.
In my free time I enjoy making art, especially watercolors and urban sketching, recipe testing, gardening and going for long walks around the neighborhoods. I believe in our power as community members and relying on each other for mutual aid. I try to make my services available to everyone and believe that the medicine of the plants is the People’s Medicine.
